Le Cordon Bleu Classic Cycle

First, Le Cordon Bleu has been offering for a century its programmes now a total of six courses divided into three levels of study: Basic, Intermediate, and Superior Cuisine and Pâtisserie courses, called the Classic Cycle. This intensive course has a strong emphasis on hands-on experience in classical techniques and methods. The Grand Diplome Le Cordon Bleu will be conferred on students if they obtain both Diplomas in Cuisine and in Pastry. Complementary to this program, Le Cordon Bleu trains students as observers in its restaurants, like in its restaurant "Signature by Le Cordon Bleu" in Canada, classified among the best tables of Canada. The Grand Diplome is recognized internationally throughout the world of gastronomy and other related professions such as catering, hotel and restaurant management, etc.

Second, accredited in several countries, Le Cordon Bleu has developed other specific programs from 2 years to 4 years Advanced Diplomas, Associate Degrees and Degrees in Professional Culinary as in Australia or the USA.
